Do all your cabinets include legs and shelves?
Where applicable, shelves and legs are included with cabinets. All base units and larders include adjustable legs and shelves, with wall units also including shelves.
Are all your drawers soft close?
All drawer packs include high quality soft close drawers produced by Slyder. Blum drawers can be requested at an additional cost by contacting us via email or telephone.
Can you produce cabinets in other colour variants?
We can produce all units, whether flatpack or rigid, in a variety of other colours. Some premium colours may come at an additional cost, and to enquire about this please contact us directly.
Are you able to provide additional accessories with cabinets?
Doors, quartz or granite worktops, and appliances can all be provided through us at low trade prices and can be arranged by contacting us directly.
Can you produce cabinets in non-standard sizes that aren't shown in the price list?
All our cabinets are produced in house and can be fully customised with regards to sizes and design. We also offer the ability to design kitchens at our premises in Stockport using appropriate design software, to ensure all cabinets are a perfect fit to your specification.
How much does delivery of flatpack cost?
Free delivery on all orders over £500 to mainland United Kingdom.
Orders below this value will be subject to a delivery charge of £50.
Delivery to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland will be subject to an additional charge. We recommend that all orders to non mainland UK be ordered through email or via telephone to avoid any hidden extra costs. If additional shipping costs are required then we will be in contact with you.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped in palettes and will arrive within 5 working days of order.
Can you deliver rigid cabinets?
We can deliver rigid cabinets to addresses within a 50 mile radius of Stockport. A delivery charge of £40 applies, and can be arranged by contacting us directly. Rigid cabinets ordered outside this 50 mile radius must be collected from us.
Can I collect my order from you?
Products can be collected directly from us in Stockport (directly under the Viaduct, next to Stockport bus depot). We highly recommend contacting us beforehand to ensure that the items are in stock.
Do you offer refunds on flatpack?
Refunds can be offered within 28 days of dispatch on flatpack cabinets, subject to the item being in its original condition and packaging, and in a saleable condition.
A 20% handling fee will be will apply to all refunds which will be deducted from your credit, and you will be required to ship the cabinets back to us at your own cost. For refunds, please contact us directly on 0161 476 1125.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
In the unlikely case that your item has been delivered damaged or missing parts, please contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery on 0161 476 1125 and we will work closely to ensure that we rectify the issue.
Do you offer refunds on custom order rigid cabinets?
We cannot offer refunds on custom order rigid cabinets, as they are made to the customers specification. However in the case of any damaged or faulty products, then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
